Can you arrange a tranfer from Samui Airport to Magic Resort Lamai  ?

Yes if you tell us your flight number and date, we can arrange a pick up.

It will be charge 700 THB for Lamai for 1 to 3 person (Extra fee of 200 THB/pers for 3/5). If you take a transfert ticket directly at the airport, it will cost you 800 THB.

What are the times for Check-in and Check-out at Magic Resort Lamai ?

The Check-in time is from 1h00 pm and Check-out at 11h00 am.

According to the avaibility of the bungalows, we are flexible and can arrange an earlier check-in without charge.

Do we need to pay the booking before arrival ?

No, we trust our customers and you will pay upon your arrival.

Can we pay by Credit card the bungalow accommodation ?

Yes but we charge 3% extra fee. We recommand you to withdraw money from ATM.

Can we take Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the Magic Resort Lamai ?

Yes of course, you can take every meal in our restaurant according to the following opening hours :

• Breakfast : 7h30 am to 11h00 am

• Lunch : 11h00 am to 5h00 pm

• Dinner : 5h00 pm to 9H00 pm

We are taking only cash for the check.

Can we have Air conditioning in a Standard Bungalow with Fan ?

Yes all our bungalows are full equipped with Air Conditioning, but if you booked and paid a room with Fan only, you will have extra charge of 290 THB/night if you wish to get AC finally.

How the Magic Resort Bungalow are fitted ?

If needed, every day we offer shower towels, put new bed sheet. All bungalows are equipped with fridge, free Wifi, kettle, small table, washing(clothes) line and 2, 3 or 4 chairs on each terrasse.

Is there a Laundry service ?

Yes, we charge 70 THB / KG with ironing - 50 THB / KG no ironing

Can we rent motorcycle in Magic Resort Lamai ?

Yes, we have 2 types of motorcycle :

125 CC : 250 THB/day

160 CC : 350 THB/day

We remind you that you need an international driving licence + the licence of your country.

We offer as well helmet for driver and passenger, it 's highly recommended to wear it for safety and to avoid ticket.

Do you have a parking for car and motorcycle ?

Yes we have a motorcycle parking in the resort and 2 cars parking spaces. Most of our customers rent a motorcycle that 's why we don't have so much car parking.

Do you accept animals ?

Yes, if you wish you can bring your dog or cat.

Are your bungalows suitable for disabled persons ?

According to your disability bungalows are suitable if you can climb two or three steps.

Do you have sun beds on the beach ?

Yes and they are absolutly free for our Magic Resort Bungalow 's customers.

What kind of water sports can we practice at Magic Resort Lamai ?

We have full of range of water sports like : Paddle, Jet Ski rental, Super Jet Ski, Jet Ski tour, banana boat, sofa boat, fly board, snorkeling with our partner Magic Jet Ski Lamai.

Do you provide Thaï massages ?

Yes we do. Our Magic massage team located in a clean sea view place will take care of you. All our staff followed a formation in the famous Wat Pho massage school of Bangkok. Please check our Magic massage corner, prices and offers.

Can you take care of our luggages between check-out  and our flight departure ?

Yes, you can leave your luggages to our Magic Bar and our staff will look after it.
